$2600 FOR RALLY WEEK 2024. (For up to three couples or equivalent) Clean Sturgis rally lodging rental just fifteen interstate minutes from Sturgis or Rapid City. Every group I have rented to so far (been renting for 25 years) say this was one of the best/nicest deals they got during the rally.  Located in the Piedmont Valley. It is a quiet, nonsmoking (smoking is allowed outside) full ranch style basement apartment, with a private entrance with code locks, able to sleep up to three couples/or equal. Two bedrooms with queen beds, and a convertible queen sofa/bed in the living area. There are two full baths with tub/showers. It has CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING, a Kitchenette with coffee pot, microwave and full size frig/freezer, complete with dishes/supplies, a washer & dryer, covered patio with full sized GRILL, table and chairs. TV in every room, and a secure garage to keep your bikes in (remember it HAILS here). About a mile to grocery store, steakhouse, bars, gas stations, coffee house, etc.  NO GRAVEL ROADS. The rent for current rally week 2024 Sat Aug 3 thru Sat Aug 10 (for up to three couples or equivalent) is $2600.  Check out time is Saturday Aug 10 by 5PM. Towels, linens, plates, etc. included. Aug 2, about 7 nights) you HAVE to be checked out by 12 P.M. Friday Aug 2. I know what you are thinking, who wants to go before the big rally week but that is a great time to ride, get some souvenirs, see people, save some cash, etc. without the BIG crowds. Remember the rally goes for about two weeks now. I am just trying to offer an alternative to some other groups. Again this is for the week BEFORE the 2024 rally.
