This 3400 sq ft, home is located in the northwest part of Rapid City only 25 minutes from Sturgis with easy access to I-90, downtown Rapid City and only minutes from BH Harley Davidson. The home offers 4 bathrooms, 5 bedrooms, two with king beds and three with queen size beds and a pull out couch. The 2-car oversized garage provides room for plenty of bikes and off street parking. Amenities include a large front porch to relax with morning coffee or evening cocktails. The home is divided into three levels providing plenty of privacy for large groups. There's two family rooms, wireless Internet, a grill, fire pit and full use of the kitchen and laundry facilities. Our rental fee is based on the length of stay and number of people staying. Dates are flexible. A $1000 damage deposit is required upon arrival but will be refunded after Rally upon favorable inspections. A signed lease agreement and a $1500 nonrefundable down payment is required. We have rented to many satisfied groups over the last 10 years and would love to host yours! Outside smoking is allowed.
