Description of Premises: A self remodeled two-story cabin-looking home with main level entry with no stairs to enter! Laundry room is located in the basement, Mudroom at entrance, Kitchen has an island with seating and dining room with table connected to the kitchen area, Living Room with a  73” TV, located on the main level is the Master Bedroom with king size bed and 2nd bedroom with a full-sized bed.  There is a full bathroom located in between these 2 bedrooms. A sliding glass door enters into a private fire pit/bar height patio area with a 4 burner grill and deep fat fryer, etc. There is potential for a portable hot tub to be set up back there as well.  Back door enters onto a deck with another patio set with an enclosed 8 foot fence around yard. Second level houses 2 bedrooms (currently 1 Queen & 1 Full) with ¾ bath (shower, sink and toilet), and business/office equipment. Outside main entrance houses a carport, decent size (2 ½ cars) black top driveway & extra space next to the garage. Actual garage not available, but other covered parking is. Across the road is more room for parking inside boat storage and open land (currently have camper and boat parked there, will be moved if absolutely necessary). Hoses will be available for bike washing, old towels, etc. Term and Rent: (Dates subject to change in final contract) Lessee agrees to pay a total amount of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) for the term of this lease plus a $500 deposit for a term of 7 days and 7 nights (We ARE flexible on the dates and number of rental days!) to commence at 11am on Saturday, Aug. 2nd, 2024 and to end on Saturday, Aug. 11th, 2024 at 11am.  Again these dates and quantity are flexible!  Lessee agrees to pay the initial security deposit ($500.00) & sign the contract asap to secure the reservation. The first half of rent ($2500) is due no later than 1 week after deposit and first half of rent is non-refundable. The second half of rent ($2500) is due no later than April 1st, 2024. 100% of the rent + deposit will be non-refundable unless the lessor is able to rent the property to someone else for the same amount of rent. Cashier’s check, money order, Facebook Pay or Venmo (Venmo must come in increments of less than $599 for income tax purposes) are acceptable forms of payments. Our neighborhood is extremely private and quiet, located right in the middle of Deadwood. It is a hidden gem of 7 houses located on a hill surrounded by the most beautiful pine trees. We have rented our house this week only for over 20 years and have had all of our guests be repeat renters! Feel free to reach out to us via email for any other questions!
