Sturgis Buffalo Chip TT American Flat Track Presented by Indian Motorcycle - Sunday, Aug. 4th

Immerse yourself in the rivalry that started the Sturgis motorcycle rally!

Who: YOU!
What: American Flat Track  Buffalo Chip TT Presented by Indian Motorcycle

Headlining Concert – Godsmack
Where: Buffalo Chip Amphitheater
When: Sunday, Aug. 4, 2019
Why: Be part of the revival of an authentic rally tradition
How: Reserve your passes now!

America’s original extreme sport is coming back this August to inject your party with a serious dose of adrenaline!

After its explosive Buffalo Chip debut in 2017, American Flat Track is returning to bring you and your friends the next level of racing on Sunday, Aug. 4 prior to a headlining concert from Godsmackon the Buffalo Chip’s main stage.

Dirt will fly as the nation’s top racing athletes boldly go handlebar to handlebar through the Chip’s legendary amphitheater during the Buffalo Chip TT races.

90 million homes will tune in to watch the feverish competition broadcast on NBC Sports, but you’ll be able to feel the heat in the flesh while these athletes battle from a mere heartbeat away during this authentic rally tradition.

THE TRACK

The award-winning Buffalo Chip TT half-mile track is the newest in the American Flat Track Series. But unlike any of the others, it incorporates extraordinary challenges for racers and offer fans like you an expanded view of all the action!

This innovative tourist trophy track, designed by AFT’s seven-time world champion track builder Chris Carr, is the only track in the series that allows you to watch racers whip around multiple right-hand turns, fly over a jump and immediately follow it up with an epic concert in the same amphitheater.

Take in unprecedented views while watching from the sky bridge or party decks above or from directly behind the trackside barricades on the ground and share in the thrill as the track’s exciting features ensure the chance for any racer to take the lead at any time.

With a start and finish line positioned directly in front of the legendary Wolfman Jack Stage, and the races scheduled right before that night’s headlining Godsmack concert, it’s sure to be the wildest concert warm up you’ve ever seen!

THE RIVALRY

Tension will be so thick you could cut it with a knife as a rivalry older than the rally itself plays out right before your eyes. Presenting sponsor Indian Motorcycle will be tapping into the same spirit of competition with Harley-Davidson that sparked the first races between the Jackpine Gypsies and Rapid City Pioneer Motorcycle club during the Sturgis motorcycle rally in back 1938.

Experience this time-honored tradition as the next generation of racers and machines compete in a nearly century-old rivalry between Indian and The Motor Company.

Jared Mees will lead Indian’s Wrecking Crew as he gun for his third straight AFT Championship. Brothers Briar and Bronson Bauman join Mees, bringing their sibling rivalry to the Crew. Both brothers started racing on the FTR750 last season, and the results were impressive as they pushed each other to new heights. The team will also include the inspirational Brad Baker, who will assume a leading role as a coach and advisor for both of the Bauman brothers.

THE REST IS HISTORY

It was dirt track racing that brought the Sturgis motorcycle rally into being, and the introduction of this authentic matchup of motors at the rally’s spiritual home will be the very thing that helps keep the adventurous spirit of the rally alive.

Don’t miss your opportunity to get in touch with your roots while becoming part of a movement that will be talked about for generations to come. Reserve your passes now!

About The Sisterhood Band

Website: http://www.thesisterhoodband.com
Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/thesisterhoodband

The Sisterhood are an organic blend of the open melodies of classic West Coast folk & and the magnetic swagger of timeless rock n' roll, powered by Alyssa and Ruby's soaring richly textured harmonies and effortless chemistry. Both ladies have strong musical DNA. Alyssa is the daughter of Kathie Baillie & Michael Bonagura (the core of country band Baillie & The Boys) and Ruby's father is rock icon Rod Stewart.

The pair met through a group of musical friends while both working on their solo careers. Immediately bonding over growing up in the music business and sharing a mutual love and idolization of folk goddess Joni Mitchell, it wasn't obvious to them that their friendship should turn professional until they were jamming on some Joni songs backstage after seeing a Rod Stewart gig together. He listened to their glistening harmonies of a song or two and told them "You two should start a band."

After only a year of knowing each other, the duo are capturing attention immediately all over the globe, and recently signed their first record deal with Sony Music Nashville on stage at their 3rd & Lindsley show. They've written and recorded their first EP which features the theme song “Tenderize My Heart” for the Stewarts & Hamilton's show on E!, performed at Fashion Weeks in Milan and Miami, landed a slot on the main stage at CMC music festival in Australia, opened for Gary Clark Jr. & Steven Tyler, made guest appearances at Rod Stewart's Vegas show at Caesar's palace and were the opening act on Sir Rod's summer and winter stadium tour, while headlining their first club tour in the U.K. After making their Grand Ole Opry Debut on the eve of the historic solar eclipse, the girls are currently recording and producing their debut album in Nashville, TN.

Their meeting was happenstance, but the music they create together can only mean that nothing is ever truly coincidence. Voices of sirens, lyrics of poets; these two musical heirs are soul sisters are messengers of the music in their hearts. Two very different worlds colliding with one common thread makes the music they create one of a kind. Fresh sounds, haunting melodies, and signature voices are what set The Sisterhood apart from any other female group in today's popular music.
