Great family home located 15 minutes from Sturgis and all surrounding communities; easy access to groceries and all of the best riding the Hills has to offer. We have plenty of off street parking and easy turn around with trailers. We only rent our home for the Rally so no short term rentals here....this is a family home and this rental income helps us to be able to stay here as full time residents and raise our kids in this beautiful place!
4 bedrooms (King; Queen; Queen and Double); 2 living rooms; 2 full bathrooms and an attached garage with a beautiful backyard to relax in after a long days ride!
10 day rental = $3500 + $500 deposit (breaks down to $87.50 / couple/ night). If needed we have a shop space for an additional $500 plus 1- 50 amp camper hookup next to the shop for an additional $500. A contract must be signed plus full payment with the contract. If you have questions, reach out!
