Good morning. A bit of a retrieve in the weather. Nice couple of days ahead of us
Yes the snowbirds are going to find it rough spending a winter in Canada.. But I hear that some of them are finding their way over the border. The cases are high on both sides of the border and I don`t see it opening any time soon,
Finding ways across...Like hiding in the trunk of cars...or walking across the border at night, like illegal immigrants???
I understand the border being closed, but heading to FL or AZ or ?? for the winter is different than a week or 2 vacation?? They should be allowed to self quarantine just like all the Americans do after traveling to another state...
And there in lies the problem. They won`t self quarantine.A woman up here about 45 miles from where we live came back from the US, tested positive for covid and she would not quarantine. And guess what, she is now whining and bi***ing about the 2800.00 fine she got.
No they aren`t hiding, they are flying across. I know that each and every person has their own opinion about covid and much debate goes on about it not bring real or government are controlling it. At least on this side of the border. All I know is there is a Family member who had it but was lucky enough to recover from it. Being a young person probably made the difference. An old creature like me wouldn`t. And truthfully I would like to hang around this earth for a few more years
