Hope all is fine and just keep in mind that areas of medical procedures and treatment are way more advance now than 10, 20, 30 years ago.ShoweminMD wrote: ↑Thu Nov 12, 2020 2:37 pmSo the shit show that is 2020 just got shittyer for me. Had a colonoscopy last Friday and a cancerous mass was discovered. The good news is that it is isolated and has not spread to any other part of my body. I have to get an MRI next week and then a course of treatment (most likely surgery) will be determined. Like Randy said, make sure you get the necessary testing on a regular basis, early detection is key to successful treatment.

Hang in there and keep a positive attitude I’m 4 weeks out of surgery and feeling better each day , the surgery they can do is pretty amazing these days , I was never in much pain and didn’t take any of the norco that was prescribed and prostrate removal is pretty evasive in all the wrong places , one thing that really helped is exercising before and after surgery, I was walking 6-7 miles a day , with swimming and some yoga before surgery and am back to walking the 6-7 miles after , still have to take it easy with lifting and stretching due to the 7 or 8 stab wounds in my stomach which can herniate if I’m not careful be positive, you will get through itShoweminMD wrote: ↑Thu Nov 12, 2020 2:37 pmSo the shit show that is 2020 just got shittyer for me. Funerals/weddings limited to 25...yet indoor meetings, family gatherings limited to 10, from only 3 households...haven't heard what sister-inlaw is planning for Turkey day yet. Considering we usually have 9 households... Time to self-quarantine for winter and
Yup it is and the buggers are flying out of here by the thousands . The snowbirds are jealous, they can`t cross the border and go to their winter homes like the geese can
