Good morning. Not cutting grass today, maybe tomorrow. It needs at least 3 days to grow.

Tomorrow, I am headed to Encampment which is where we have another place and also where we store our toy hauler. Encampment is 60 miles away and I am going to go get the toy hauler to bring it back here so we can get it ready for Sturgis. We will leave the morning of the 1st and will be staying at Crooked Creek campground which is 2 miles south of Hill City. This will be our 4th year of staying at this campground and we really enjoy being there. It has all the facilities, is well shaded and is right in the heart of all the best riding in the Black Hills. There are plenty of places to eat and drink in Hill City so it is perfect for us. We will be there until the morning of Tuesday the 6th. I hope you have a safe rally and a fun time if you go this year.
Everything can be fixed with Duct tape and WD40
If it moves and it shouldn't, use the Duct tape
If it doesn't move and it should, use the WD40!

Changing the air filter on the Goldwing today. Not a favorite task but the dealership charges $200 to do it.

The rain stopped in the morning and the picnic drew about 100 people. It was a gathering of Marine Corps veterans and families. The sea stories flowed as the beer was consumed.

What's really weird is the radio works on FM but not on AM. I will have to check the wire connectors, there are two large connectors that have 34 wires each. One could have bent while plugging in. Maybe l should just watch where I'm going and not worry about the radio. :hammer:

Put a hold on the nasty weather. I am doing a road trip thru Montana and Wyoming next week, don't need to get wet.

Life is good here in North Georgia. The weather has cooled off and no rain. It did get a bit warm this afternoon, but the ride was good.
