YAMAHA XS650 WELD-ON RIGID HARD TAIL FRAME SECTION
This is the best way to convert your Yamaha XS650 into a Hardtail motorcycle. It incorporates 3″ of stretch and 5″ of ground clearance for a balanced look and stance that is very safe and stable. It is designed and manufactured to use the stock XS650 wheel, tire, spacers, and chain adjusters. The hard-tail kit is manufactured from 1.125″ steel tubing with .120″ wall thickness. The 1.125″diameter is also the same as the stock XS650 frame tubing for a looks like the original frame work. The axles plates are cut from 3.75″ thick steel and have an integrated mount hole for easy fender mounting. This hard-tail rear section was designed using the latest CAD software and jig welded for a perfect fit every time. The lower rails have solid steel slugs welded into them that fit into the stock frame tubes for strength and easy assembly. Comprehensive mounting instructions are included with every kit. Only for use with 1970-1983 Yamaha XS650. Can not be used with any other Yamaha or other manufacturer motorcycles
HONDA CB750 WELD-ON RIGID HARD TAIL FRAME SECTION
This is the best way to convert any CB 750 SOHC Four into a Hardtail motorcycle. Fits SOHC (69-76) CB750K models. This weld-on hard-tail section will not fit (77-78) or newer model frames. The unique design bolts to the stock swing-arm mounting location for added strength and ease of installation. It is designed to use your stock front frame section (uses your stock title/registration) which makes getting insurance/ license plates easier than using a complete aftermarket rigid frame. With 6″ of stretch and 5″ of ground clearance, a proportioned look is achieved providing safe and stable handling. Use a stock CB750K wheel, tire, and chain adjusters. Spacers are included to allow use of the stock axle. This weld on hard-tail section is manufactured constructed from 1.125″ diameter steel tubing with .120″ wall thickness. The 1.125″ diameter tubing is also the same as the stock CB750 frame tubing for a very nice looking installation! Axle plates are cut from 3.75″” thick steel and have an integrated fender mounting hole. This hard-tail was designed using the latest CAD software and jig welded for a perfect fit. Detailed mounting instructions are included. Only for use with 1969-1976 Honda SOHC CB750 K models. Can not be used with any other Non-Honda CB750K models, other Hondas or other manufacturer motorcycles.
TC BROS. CHOPPERS UNIVERSAL HARDTAIL KIT
Tubing is 1 1/8″ Diameter Steel with .120″ (about 1/8″ wall thickness). This tubing is the same as used on the XS650 & CB750 weld on hard-tails. The axle plates are cut from 3/8″ thick steel and have an integrated mounting tab for easy fender mounting. The axle slots are 20mm (.787″) which is a common metric axle size. In addition to the cross tubes offered, we also include solid cold rolled steel slugs that fit tightly into the inner diameter of the tubing for joining the hard tail to the stock frame tubes. This kit is perfect for builders looking to build a unique hard-tail motorcycle. The builder can establish virtually any custom stretch,ground clearance, width, etc.
