ERIC LARSON JOINS STAFF AT AMERICAN IRON MAGAZINE
From Terry O’Brien;
Greetings Industry Friends and Associates,
At TAM Communications we feel many of the most crippling challenges for the motorcycle industry will soon be behind us. We have been conservative in our growth plans over the last two decades, and that approach has separated us from the growing number of magazines reeling under massive debt and declining readership. As we continue to offer the best products for our readers and our advertisers, we see competitors take a different road by slashing their expenses and staff.
As a growing publisher, we believe in investing in our team and our publications for you and for us. So, please join me in welcoming motorcycle industry veteran Eric Larson to our advertising and marketing team. Eric, an active Harley rider, with years of advertising and marketing experience in the motorcycle industry, lives near Sturgis, South Dakota. You can reach Eric on-line at EricL@TAMCommunications.com or by phone at 605-641-4991.
On behalf of our entire team here at TAM Communications, I’d like to thank the motorcycle industry for your ongoing support, especially in these trying times when every advertising dollar counts. American Iron Magazine continues to dominate the Harley-oriented magazines for the reader and for our advertisers. We are increasing the frequency of our Motorcycle Bagger from 6 to 9 issues in 2012 in response to strong reader demand. Our American Iron Garage special issue sold very well this year and will return in 2012, and our RoadBike magazine continues to outsell the other all brands, street cruising and touring magazines in its segment on the newsstand.
As we move into the New Year we will have additional exciting announcements that I hope to share with you soon. If there is anything I can personally do for you in the meantime, please don’t hesitate to drop me a line, thanks!
