BAGGER OR CHOPPER? WHATS YOUR POISON?

CHOPPER!

They don’t teach this stuff in school!! 

 Way back in the good-old-days when Baggers were considered garbage trucks, Choppers were the coolest. To many of us out here in biker-land, Choppers are still the only real way to ride motorcycles. They are still the coolest. Choppers are the “in your face machines” that squares couldn’t or wouldn’t understand. Especially the no front brake choppers. Baggers are to motorcycles are what motor homes are to roadsters….sorta kinda.

Yeah, Baggers have more horsepower these days, and there sho nuff is a great deal of custom stuff available for Baggers….but who would win a straight line speed contest between the two, heads-up. The Chopper….everytime…all the time. Sooner or later a heads up Bagger versus Chopper contest will take place at a drag strip near you…..hopefully.

Hell, that’s a good enough premise for a huge drag meet. Choppers vs Baggers. Just for fun mind you. I remember back in the day seeing Baggers with mud-flaps, multiple horns, and more lights than the city of New York, and Chrome buttons everywhere, but no horsepower.

These days many Baggers are packing big bore motors, and nitrous, and all the stuff that makes ya go fast. But Baggers still weigh a ton when compared to any Chopper. So what is your poison?
