After placing your order please double check addresses,
sizes, colors, and quantities, as some items in our store have several options
available. Failure to do so will result in the delay of your order as well as
possible additional charges. Additional copies of your order are available
upon request. Any changes to your order must be made within 24 hours of
placing your order otherwise corrections can not be guaranteed.
During our high volume season (July thru
December) please allow us one full business day for us to answer questions
about your order. Be Sure to send us your customer number starting with
SRVM, telephone number or email address, full name, for a quicker response to
your order question. If you contacting us about your order please be
sure to check your email address to be sure we haven't already sent your
tracking number to you.
Many orders (Credit Card, Money Orders, Cashiers
Checks) are shipped in the order we receive them. All orders placed are
shipped out as soon as possible unless you order an item that says Drop
Shipped or choose Express Shipping methods orders may take up to two weeks to
be shipped from our offices.. (Orders with personal checks are held up for 2
weeks to allow time for your personal check to clear.) We do not charge your credit card until your order leaves our

your credit card order the verification number is on the back or
front of the card and is usually 3 or 4 digits long. Also please be sure to
enter the billing addressess as the same address that your credit card
statment comes to.
At this time we are not accepting order placed from outside North
Our basic shipping is done via Federal Express Ground Services. Federal
Express Ground is Not available to APO/FPO, P.O.
boxes, U.S. Territories, Hawaii, Alaska, or Canada.
If you choose incorrectly or do not choose we will choose the less
expensive route for you and additional charges may apply. Please contact us
for a custom quote to find out more about your options.

We do not process any orders on the weekends and we observe most US
National Holidays. Therefore if you place your order on Saturday, it will not
be shipped until the following Monday or Tuesday at the soonest. Sometimes may
require even a little longer.
All orders placed are shipped out as soon as possible unless you order
an item that says Drop Shipped or choose Express Shipping methods orders may
take up to two weeks to be shipped from our offices. Because of the
relationship we have with our suppliers, it may be that your order will not be
shipped out until the following day or later depending upon what they have in
stock at any given moment. We are not always able to keep up to date with any
of their last minute inventory changes and therefore some items that are
listed on the web site may be out of stock. We update the website as soon as
we find out about itmes that are no longer in stock.
Over the last 10 years we have had very little trouble with lost orders,
but it still occasionally happens. All orders are insured for the full
purchase price during shipping. If your order gets lost in shipping, please
contact us and we will contact the shippers to start the claim process. As
soon as they tell us the order did not, or will not get delivered, we will (at
your request), either issue you a refund, or re-ship your order with new
merchandise. As always if there is a problem with your order we will wait two
weeks after we contact you if we do not hear back from you we will either send
the order without the problem item(s) and adjust or refund your charges, or
cancel your order.
Some of the items we offer in the Sturgis Virtual Mall are actually
shipped out by the manufacturer of that
(known as "Drop Shipping"), and as such we can not always
guarantee that they (the Drop Shipper) will ship your product in the same
timely method. We will do everything in our power to see that your order is
shipped to you as soon as possible. If you have problems with delayed
merchandise or poorly packaged merchandise, please contact us as soon as
possible so that we may attempt to resolve the issue for you and for other
possible customers in the future.
Whenever possible, we will let you know
of any unusual or other necessary shipping arrangements, that are different
from our normal shipping, by placing that information with the item on the
product information pages. Black Hills Gold Jewelry is normally in stock. We
do have special arrangements with various Black Hills Gold Jewelry
manufacturers that allows us to offer many more items than we can stock. As
such, sometimes they will have to specially make the jewelry for you. That
process can take up to 2 weeks. Examples are extra large or very small rings.
We can get almost ANY size around, but those sizes (like men's size 14+) are
not in stock at our location or at the manufacturers, so they must be custom
made just for you. There may be extra charges on each BlackHills Gold Item for
special sizing for this great service depending on the circumstance, except
you should be aware of the possible time delay. With the Summer or Holiday
Seasons in the Black Hills, we sometimes run out of certain styles. When that
happens we can normally get the product right away from the manufacturers. But
they too, will occasionally run out and have to make them as needed. Again,
this can take up to 2 weeks for the manufacturing process. You will be
notified if this happens with your order so you can be aware of the delay.
