Return Policy
Within 30 days of receipt of
your order, you may return:
Any item in its original condition, with its
original packaging and accessories, Unless specified otherwise within the
products OnLine information.
Any returned item(s) MUST NOT be worn,
soiled, ironed, washed, or in any condition other than new "as shipped"
condition.
We will issue a refund of your purchase price less a 20% restocking fee, for any item you return that
meets these conditions. We refund shipping costs only if the return is a
result of our error.
We suggest that you insure any items for return to protect yourself
from loss.
Wrong Size Policy
If you order the wrong size, we
have a simple exchange policy.
Simply return the item along with a check,
money order or credit card information for shipping back to you and we will
send you the new requested size.

Errors and Omissions
Though we do our best to avoid these
type of errors, they sometimes still occur. We reserve the right to make
corrections whenever needed. If we have made a mistake on an items price
that you have ordered, we will do everything possible to honor that price,
unless the actual price is lower then you will get the lower price. If the
actual price is higher than what is listed on the web site and we are unable
to sell the item to you for that price we reserve the right to cancel the
order.
In Stock & Out of Stock Items
Most of the items we offer
are either in our present stock or are in our suppliers stock. The vast
majority of our suppliers are within 20 miles of our shipping facilities so
we will get items from them as needed and will not delay your order unless
both of the inventory locations are depleted. When this occurs, we will
notify you as soon as possible to let you know how long it will be until we
receive the next shipment of any delayed items so that you may decide if you
wish to wait until the items become available again.
Many of the items we
offer are seasonal and as such, the manufacturers are geared to produce a
quantity they deem sufficient for that season. This means the item you want
may not be available after the Sturgis Rally. Therefore order your items
early to help insure availability.
We will remove items from the OnLine
Store as soon as we become aware that they are no longer available.
Please note that some of the items offered from the smaller vendors
are actually made as needed and therefore may not be available for immediate
shipment, but are usually ready in a day or two after the item has been
purchased.
Black Hills Gold Jewelry: In order to help keep the prices the LOWEST
ANYWHERE, we utilize the inventory of the manufacturer whenever possible.
Most items are in stock at anytime, but certain sizes (like extra large or
extra small ring sizes) are not in stock and are produced at the time of
your order. This process can take up to two weeks.
