Motorcycles arrive in force

SPEARFISH β€” It's not Rally time yet and already the streets and highways are rumbling with the sounds of motorcycles.

β€œIt's pretty congested out there,” Christina Steele, a member of the Sturgis Rally public relations staff, said Thursday afternoon. β€œMain Street is mostly all bikes and it isn't even all blocked off yet. That happens tonight.”
